HR Manager

Desired profile: 
 Bachelor’s degree on Management; 
  MBA in Managerial Administration / Projects / human resources (desirable); 
 Minimum experience of 10 years in HR or in Administrative Dept.; 
  Reporting to the Site Director, your main attributions will be: 
 Develop and Implement Payroll Politics and Workers’ benefits, creation of routines that depicts the Company Culture; 
  Retention of internal talents and high potential workers; 
 Training & Development; 
 Recruitment & Selection; 
  Activities related to Company Safety and Occupational Health; 
 Manage the salary and work conditions between Union and Company;
  Administration of HR using Microsiga System; 
 Management of HR resources 
 FLUENT ENGLISH (mandatory) 
 
Responsibilities and Mission of the Position. 
 Manage all the areas of HR (Recruitment & Selection; Training & Development; Career Management; Payroll, Benefits, Social Responsibility, Security, Company Safety and Occupational Health, General Services, 
 Reduction of the Labor related lawsuits; 
 Represent the company in the various HR related institutions (DRT, PRT, Labor Union). 

               Abilities/qualities: 
                 Team Work, leadership, excellent people’s skills, good emotional and behavior practice, strategic vision,                           good communication, proactive, focused and goal oriented.

Today our reality needs a personal one to have a widespread knowledge, if not to say, global but solids knowledge about all processes that integrate a company, being this of the productivity to processes of Human Resources. And mainly this candidate has a good relationship with the Ministry Labor, ILO (International Labor Organization) and regional - national Union of the Industry - Legal Institutions in Manaus.
